When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been processed by UPS, you will receive appropriate tracking info. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered by UPS. If such an issue occurs, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
All orders are generally processed within five (5) business days. Orders are shipped via UPS ground and shipping charges apply. Shipping charges will be added at checkout. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
For orders over $35 shipping is free. Under $35, shipping is a flat rate of $7.50.
Serge Normant® currently ships within the 48 contiguous states.
Serge Normant products are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return if used. If you have received a defective bottle or the wrong item, please let us know and we can accommodate you.
Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used products. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions on our return policy.
Serge Normant will be happy to accept returns for credit for any unused merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund cost of shipping.
To return unused merchandise:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for approval of return requests. Once approved, enclose a note with your receipt (please note it must be a receipt from Serge Normant and not from any other vendor), with your original order number, name, address, telephone number, and return explanation and put it in the box with your product.

When we receive your returned order, we will issue a credit to the credit card used for purchase within 30 days of receipt of your returned order in the amount of your original purchase (unfortunately, we cannot credit your shipping charges). We will notify you by email, phone, or mail once this has been completed.
