Shipping & Returns

All Serge Normant purchases are final sale. However, if you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 14 days of your purchase at info@sergenormant.com. Please include a photo of the damaged/incorrect item and you order number and we will send you a replacement promptly. 

Please note that we do not ship to PO BOXES. 

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been picked up by UPS, you will receive tracking info. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered by UPS. If such an issue occurs, please contact the carrier to file a claim. 

All orders are generally processed within five (5) business days. Orders are shipped via UPS ground. Shipping charges will be added at checkout. For orders over $45 shipping is free. Under $45, shipping is a flat rate of $7.50.
